Effects of the coronavirus [Expired]
Posted by Maria Aas Borkenhagen on 16 March 2020 09:31 AM

The potential effects of the spreading coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on our operations cannot be foreseen with certainty. With the aim of safeguarding our society, the Norwegian Government has implemented the most pervasive control measures ever enacted in peacetime and further restrictions may be expected.

Disruptions in our supply chain and further restrictions imposed by the government may lead to delays in delivery of systems and equipment and must be considered to constitute a Force Majeure event. As a further result of Force Majeure, the travel restrictions currently enacted by the government prevent us from inviting customers to our premises for training courses or customer-witnessed acceptance tests, or providing on-site services until these restrictions are lifted.

We will continue to use all reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure situation. It is not possible at this time to predict when the impact of the coronavirus pandemic will lessen.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in these challenging times and we look forward to continuing to work with our business partners and visitors.
