In September 2024 we launched a new Customer Support Portal.
To access the new portal, we kindly ask you to register a new user account at https://support-new.indra.no. We will verify your account and send you a confirmation email before you can access the new portal.
The old support portal will remain operational for some time for you to access historical data, but all new requests and portal-based communication must now be conducted through the new system. The new portal will initially offer basic functionality, with additional features and useful information to be added over time.
