Launch of new Customer Support system and Customer portal

Dear Customer,

Today, Friday 13th of September, we are proud to announce the launch of our new Customer Support System.
This will enable us to process your requests more efficiently and provide enhanced customer service.

In this regard we have also launched a new Customer Portal.
To access the new portal, we kindly ask you to register a new user account at https://support-new.indra.no.

All cases registered in the existing portal will be transferred to the new system. The existing portal will remain operational for some time, for you to access historical data, but all portal-based communication must now be conducted through the new system.
The new portal will initially offer basic functionality, with additional features and useful information to be added over time.
