Inverness Airport operational with InNOVA display surveillance system

Inverness Airport, an international airport in northern Scotland, recently went operational with its InNOVA Approach and Tower display surveillance data processing system. Indra managed to install the system less than three months after being awarded the contract by Highlands and Islands Airports (HIAL). HIAL is a public corporation operating and managing 11 airports in Scotland, UK.

Indra awarded GBAS trial in Hong Kong

The Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong has awarded Indra with a contract for provision of services in carrying out flight trials of Ground-Based Augmentation System (GBAS) at the Hong Kong International Airport. 

 

The Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong has awarded a tender to Indra’s Norwegian subsidiary through an open tender exercise for provision of services in carrying out GBAS flight trials at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). Indra will provide NORMARC GBAS

Qatar Civil Aviation Authority opts for NORMARC navigational aids

Aalborg Airport operational with NORMARC landing system

Aalborg Airport has recently started to operate with its new instrument landing system from Indra Navia, and has been thereby upgraded to a CAT III airport. This is an important step in improving flight efficiency at Aalborg Airport, which ranks as Denmark’s third most busy airport.

The project was a cooperation between Aalborg Airport, Danish air navigation service provider Naviair, and Indra Navia. Indra Navia delivered a NORMARC landing system as well as distance measuring equipment (DME).
