Not receiving emails? Emails filtered as spam/junk/bulk

Some filters may misinterpret emails from us as spam. If you do not receive any emails from us, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you find our email in the spam/junk folder, please select the email and click Not Junk/Not Spam (or similar, depending on your email provider). This will help future messages to get through. You can also add support@indra.no to the list of safe/approved addresses (white list) or your contact list/address book.
